・Orders for subdivisions increased for the 2nd consecutive month.
・Orders for land for subdivisions declined for the 11th consecutive month.
・Orders for housing declined for the 2nd consecutive month.
・Orders for home renovations increased for the 12th consecutive month.
・Orders for rental houses declined for the 3rd consecutive month.
・Orders for condominiums declined for the 2nd consecutive month.
・Orders for commercial facilities declined for the 6th consecutive month.
・Orders for business and corporate facilities increased for the 2nd consecutive month.

1. The above segments are based on "Orders received by segment" on financial factbook. We have omitted the segments “Real estate agency services, etc.”, “Resort hotels and golf courses” and “Environment and Energy Business” from the table, as these segments have minimal impact on total orders. However, the “Total” contains the figures of these two segments.
2. The figures for “Rental houses,” “Condominiums,” “Commercial facilities,” and “Business and corporate facilities” contain orders of land and buildings for sale.
3. We have calculated the year-on-year changes in cumulative orders on a value basis.
4. The above figures are provisional figures and may differ from the actual final figures.
