Thus, Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd focused on the residential resort hotels that were common in Europe and North America, and built resort hotels and villas in scenic areas that rested the eyes and the mind. Using these as a base, the company developed resort facilities where various leisure activities including forest bathing and golf could be enjoyed.
