"Environment-Responsive Store with Restore & Rebuild System" Realizing Recycling Life Cycle

We have developed the "Environment-Responsive Store with Restore & Rebuild System," aiming to establish an environment-themed building system for stores. When a lease ends or an owner moves out of a store, this system creates a recycling life cycle by restoring (reproducing) parts and materials after dismantling the store and transporting/rebuilding them, instead of dismantling and disposing of them. We have employed a structure with parts and materials that are easy to scrap and reuse, and this creates a dramatic reduction of waste.

The building foundations are made of a ferroconcrete base and steel base beams; building frames are made of panel components in which the columns, exterior walls, and fittings are integrated; and roofs are made of panel components in which the base and roof surface materials are integrated. Materials have a structure that enables easier partitioning and dismantling at production factories and building sites, and foundations/building frames/exterior walls/roofs are built with a method that enables dismantling and relocation.
