Environmental Communication
We have released our policy and activities for the environment to a wide range of stakeholders through our Website and magazine advertising. We have also organized seminars and joined local eco events to offer information on homes and the environment and we encourage communication.
Organizing Children's Eco Seminar
We organized Dr. Gunter Pauli's Children's Eco Seminar – Gain Wisdom on House Building from Animals!” at Tokyo Big Sight in September 2005.
The approximately 80 parents and children who participated enjoyed lectures on various animals by Dr. Gunter Pauli, who advocates for zero emissions, and discussed the importance of nature and resource conservation.
After the lecture about 50 children joined our power generation experiment using banana peels and eggshells, which would normally be thrown away.
We will continuously provide opportunities to think about the environment while having fun.
