- All posts to and communications on official accounts must be in strict compliance with internal Daiwa House regulations as well as all relevant laws and regulations.

- 8) Be harmful to public order or violate social morals or laws and regulations.
- 9) Be harmful, obscene, or violent in nature (including inciting violence) contain descriptions of violence.
- 10) Promote or incite criminal actions or activity.
- 11) Contain language that may be offensive to other users or third parties, including intentionally malicious or discriminatory language.
- 12) Impede the operation of the Company’s social media accounts or damage the Company’s credibility.
- 13) Contain or link to viruses or other harmful software.
- 14) Constitute public relations, marketing, or advertising materials, solicitation, sales pitches, or other profit-seeking messages.
- 15) Promotion of or redirects to other websites.
- 16) Repeated posting of identical comments or content or mass posting, including automated posting.
- 17) Violation of social media services’ terms of use and other guidelines.
- 18) Anything the Company deems inappropriate.
