Aiming to Realize Sustainable Growth to Propel Us Towards Our 100th Anniversary

  On April 5 of this year, Daiwa House Industry celebrated its 70th anniversary. This milestone was made possible through the support of our various stakeholders, including our numerous customers, business partners, employees, and investors.

 Daiwa House Industry was founded in 1955 with the corporate mission of contributing to the industrialization of construction. Since then, we have worked to develop products and provide services that benefit a great many people. Engaging in business rooted in a commitment to addressing the needs of society, we position the development and sales of Single-Family Houses as our core business while engaging in broad-based business activities in various sectors. Our business domains include Rental Housing, Condominiums, Commercial Facilities, general Business and Corporate Facilities (Logistics Facilities, Medical and Nursing Care Facilities, etc.), and the Environment and Energy Business.

 In recent years, we have expanded our efforts to achieve a circular society. We launched BIZ Livness, a business that contributes to stimulating the real estate market by engaging in the procurement, renovation, and sales of housing properties while also specializing in the strategic rehabilitation and utilization of commercial facilities and general business & corporate facilities . We also launched Future with Wood , a project that aggressively promotes the use of wood structures in architecture.

 Taking advantage of our Group’s ability to provide one-stop proposals from the upstream to the downstream of business, we are expanding operations not only in Japan, but all around the world, including the US, Asia & ASEAN, Oceania, and Europe. We are continuously working to provide architecture and services that contribute to regional development.

 We defined the compass for the Daiwa House Group’s journey to our centennial as “Our Future Landscape: Embracing the Joys of Life. ” Working towards the realization of this purpose, we are currently implementing our 7th Medium-Term Management Plan, the final year of which is FY2026. Aiming to accelerate plan achievement and promote long-term growth, we will establish a sustainable growth model that enables us to continuously maximize both our business value and our social value.

 Amid dramatic changes in social norms, people’s lifestyles, and existing value, the Daiwa House Group will adhere to the pioneering spirit we have embraced since our founding to promote business expansion that is always two steps ahead. At the same time, we will create social value that reflects new needs to realize a world in which we can share the joys of life with our customers.
