Sustainability Report 2026
The Daiwa House Group’s Sustainability Report 2026 provides comprehensive information on the Group’s ESG initiatives.
The report is designed to provide the information needed by rating agencies, long-term investors, and other stakeholders. It describes how we fulfill our accountability by explaining how we contribute to society and the environment through our business activities. The report also aims to obtain appropriate external assessments and use the results to improve management. Messages from the CEO, and from the Officer in Charge of Sustainability will be included in our Integrated Report 2026, which will be published in September 2026.
With companies increasingly expected to integrate solutions to social issues into their business management, the Daiwa House Group will use this report as a communication tool to foster constructive dialogue with stakeholders, including customers, employees, business partners, local communities, shareholders and other stakeholders. Across our efforts, we will strive to create both social and economic value, seeking to build a world where all people can share the joys of life.
