In February 2017, completed equity acquisition (making it a subsidiary) by Daiwa House USA Holdings Inc. (100% owned by Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.).
Stanley Martin Holdings, LLC acquired the housing business units of Frontdoor Communities, LLC in 2018, Essex Homes Southeast, Inc. in 2020, and the housing business of Avex Homes, LLC in 2021. It also made Prestige Corporate Development, LLC into a wholly owned subsidiary in 2024, acquired the single-family homes business of Windsor Homes in 2025, and reorganized United Homes Group and Holiday Builders into wholly owned subsidiaries in 2026 to strengthen the foundation of its business and expand its business areas.
