In 2017, the corporate entity that had grown its serviced apartment management and operation business for 35 years in Australia and New Zealand, was welcomed in to the Daiwa House Group, subsequently becoming the new brand “Nesuto” from 2019.
Moreover, Rawson Group, a developer of single-family housing and residential land in New South Wales, Australia, also joined the Group in 2018, having the objective of working together to grow the Daiwa House Group’s business.
