The Summer Hill Project is a complex-type condominium (total 360 units), retail and office development project located approximately seven kilometers from central Sydney. In order to preserve the flour mill as a historic building, the project is converting the silo to office use while maintaining its exterior appearance, and developing it in conjunction with parks, roads, and other improvements to the surrounding environment.
